Pepi began her training at the Arts Educational School and started her career as a child performer, singing, dancing, acting in musicals, and films.

Through the seventies and eighties she became a backing singer and worked for, and performed alongside such legendary artistes such as:

She continued her work as a jazz artiste, with three albums with her band 'Turning Point', working at many jazz festivals, here and in Europe. She also spent many seasons at 'Ronnie Scotts' jazz club and Pizza on the Park, with her latest band 'Brazil Jazz'.
